Co-founder/Managing Director

Kendal has over 30 years of senior management experience in the Canadian mining and energy industry, specialising in oil, gas, and mining exploitation. He has worked with leading organisations, including Manalta, BP, Apache Canada Ltd, and Paramount Resources, bringing a wealth of expertise and leadership to the sector.

Co-founder/Partner

Aidan has more than 35 years entrepreneurial experience as Financial Director in a group of companies in the development and construction industry. He manages day-to-day operations, including project costing, builder contract administration, cash flow and finance reporting, and tendering. He plays an integral role in overseeing all accounts, payroll and employer obligations. Aidan’s expertise as a senior financial and commercial manager comes from his extensive experience in corporate reporting, project management and knowledge of integrated development systems. He is an experienced investor in commercial, industrial, government social residential, and medical properties.

Jimmy has 40 years experience as Managing Director in the development and construction industry. He oversees all estimating, tendering, contract management, project management, design management and development management across every project. He is highly experienced in design management, value engineering and value management throughout the contract award and design development process. Jimmy is an experienced investor in commercial, industrial, government social residential, and medical properties.

Adrian has over 35 years of experience as a CEO and founder across private, ASX, and NASDAQ organisations. A seasoned tech entrepreneur, he has successfully raised more than $1 billion in international capital markets. Adrian’s business ventures span MENA, India, and Southeast Asia, where he specialises in start-ups and driving innovation.
